Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).

Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full experience. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled. In these cases, the late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) will apply, and a new deposit will be required before booking another appointment. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior communication will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Repeated no-shows or missed appointments without communication may result in the inability to book future appointments. Communication is always appreciated. Life happens, and we'll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible. Deposits A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not met.
