Care Instructions

Facial Pre-Care Instructions To ensure the safest treatment and the best possible results, please follow these guidelines before your facial: 48–72 Hours Before Your Appointment Discontinue retinol, Retin-A, tretinoin, adapalene, and prescription vitamin A products. Avoid exfoliating acids (AHAs, BHAs, PHAs), enzyme masks, and facial scrubs. Do not wax, thread, dermaplane, or use depilatory creams on the treatment area. Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning. 24 Hours Before Stay well hydrated. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption. If possible, avoid strenuous exercise immediately before your appointment. Please Inform Your Esthetician If You Have: Recently received Botox, fillers, laser treatments, or chemical peels. Started new medications, including antibiotics, Accutane, or blood thinners. Active cold sores, open wounds, sunburn, or skin irritation. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect treatment.

To ensure a safe and relaxing treatment: Arrive hydrated. Avoid heavy meals immediately before your appointment. Remove lipstick or heavy makeup if possible. Inform your therapist if you have TMJ, recent dental work, jaw pain, oral infections, cold sores, braces, or Invisalign attachments. Please wait at least two weeks after Botox or fillers unless otherwise approved by your injector. If you've had oral surgery, tooth extractions, or dental implants, please wait until fully healed before booking.

To get the most from your massage: Arrive well hydrated. Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before your appointment. Wear comfortable clothing. Inform your massage therapist of any injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, medications, or health conditions. Please disclose areas you'd like us to avoid or focus on.

Hair should be approximately ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice). Gently exfoliate the area 24–48 hours before your appointment. Arrive with clean skin free of lotions, oils, deodorant (for underarms), or self-tanner. Avoid tanning or sunburn before your appointment. If you are menstruating, you may still receive a Brazilian while wearing a fresh tampon or menstrual cup. If you're taking prescription retinoids, Accutane, or using topical acne medications on the treatment area, please inform your esthetician before your appointment.
